Use of IP Address

An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're surfing the web. Web servers -- the big computers that "serve up" Web pages -- automatically identify your computer by its IP address.

FANIÉ collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to audit the use of our site. When guests request pages from the FANIÉ website, our server logs the guests' IP addresses. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a user's session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our house rules or terms of service or to protect our service, site, customers or others.

Use of Cookies

What are cookies? Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make web-surfing easier for you by saving your preferences while you're at our site. We never save passwords or credit card information in cookies. The use of cookies is an industry standard -- you'll find them at most major websites.

Return Policy

At FANIÉ, we stand behind our products. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit, gift certificate, or exchange (less shipping and handling). Orders returned for refund or credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number.

How to Return an Item

Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number (RA #). You may do this in one of two ways:
  • Call us at: (800)441-FANI (M-F 9am - 5pm PST) and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
  • E-mail our customer service department at sales@fanie.com and a customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1 business day.

Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box, as it was received. Please include the RA# on the address label. Please enclose a copy of the original receipt with a brief written statement as to why the items are being returned.

You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method, and we recommend insuring the package for your protection. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.

Once the item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued or a new item will be sent, as specified. Credits are processed within 2 business days of receipt of return.

FANIÉ cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so for your protection, please prepay and insure all returns.
